Viar Valvole specialise in producing high quality valves and hold all major accreditations like API 6A, API 6D, ISO 9001, API 6D SS(Sub-sea valve), SIL3, PED, CE, ATEX, TUV, TA Luft, API 607-ISO 10497, as well as fugitive emission prototype certification.
Viar Valvole sell to major end users and EPC’s in more than 42 countries worldwide. Viar can perform high pressure gas testing utilising a purpose built liquid nitrogen gas facility. The company also has a complete in -house metalurgical test facility which can perform mechanical testing including tensile and charpies tests. Viar Valvole manufacture Firesafe certified Trunnion Mounted ball valves up to 1400NB (56″in Class 150 to 2500 and API up to 15,000PSI. Viar manufacture valves in all materials including exotic alloys, weld overlay and cladded. Ball valve designs manufactured include side entry, top entry, welded body cryogenic and twin double blocked & bleed.
Viar Valvole has recently completed major subsea projects for Exxon, Total and Shell, and hold approvals from numerous major companies like Chevron and is currently completing the Shell SIPM approval process.
