The Inbal Pressure Surge Anticipator Valve, model XXX-KA, prevents pressure surge or waves, caused by the rapid changes in flow velocity in a water system. As the valve is installed on a by-pass to the system, its operation is pressure sensitive, which assures automatic opening at necessary time on an abrupt elimination of pressure supply (i.e pump stopping on a power failure) in order to effectively suppress harmful surges in the system
